// How This project involved lots of individual, identical pieces that came together to form one large structure. Most of the framework for the built-in cabinetry was cut on a 5-axis CNC router, and I had the task of organizing, preparing, and ultimately assembling all of those pieces into sections of cabinetry. There were over 1,000 pieces of wood that I myself had to precisely cut and integrate into the structure using finish-carpentry methods to ensure that all nail holes, seams, and glue joints were 100% clean and square. Because we used pre-finished white oak veneered material, all pieces had to be handled with the utmost care so as not to damage the finish during fabrication and assembly. The final cabinets were then transported up to Aspen in 3-4ft sections where we installed them onsite.
